The Primark Summer 2009 collection follows the same trend as other collections from many other brands and stores: intense colors and garments that matches well with many other items. Nevertheless, this time Primark has a more 80s-like style, which is an important change because its former collection had a bohemian and folk style with some aspects of Russian inspiration.
Unlike to the south hemisphere where square-frame sunglasses are in fashion this Autumn-winter 2009 season (inspired by the Ray-Ban Wayfarer design), oversized round-frame sunglasses prevail in Europe and United States.
The most outstanding Benetton’s designs in its new spring / summer 2009 collection are: military-cut garments in greenish colors, pants full of pockets, stretch pants, belts and buckles, lightweight and pleated skirts, mini-jackets, and boleros.
