Size XXL, huge bracelets, brooches inspired by floral shapes, and nice Australian pearls. All of them are big in size. Those are some trends for this year in the jewelry industry. But, not doubt, the king of the luxuries is still the diamond.
Also, apparently the jewelry industry hopes men dare to wear precious and semi-precious stones and other luxury jewelry pieces. There are a lot of jewelry items with precious and semi-precious stones available for men. We’ll see.
Even, the smallest people will be able to enjoy their own jewels. Some jewelry pieces are exclusive for babies and there are also tiny earrings and brooches, or ornaments to make the pacifier more attractive.
On the other hand, we are living in tough times right now. So, it is very possible this financial and economic crisis hits the precious and semi-precious jewelry industry. Maybe the demand for this jewelry type will decline and people will look for more use of inexpensive colored stones that add a big on-trend look without the big price tag. Again, we’ll see.
