Androgynous fashion: There is a trend toward wearing one or several male garments and it goes back to the women’s emancipation in 1920s. Kate Moss is an example. She always stays ahead of the trend and then other people follow her. She combines a bohemian style with the masculine look by wearing a simple black hat that could belong to her boyfriend or her dad.
Wide brim hat and tall hat: Elegant and challenging. The wide brim hats cover the face and add a mystery touch as seen in the picture (it is a Marc Jacobs’s creation), or you can try a sort of tall top hat like the one in the black Abaete’s outfit (seen in the picture on the right).
Urban look: Reese Witherspoon looks really good with a simple and classic style that is perfect for the day time: jeans, sandals or flats, blazer and hat similar to a “Panama hat”. And don’t forget the oversized sunglasses.
With a dress: This is a more daring choice. Yeah, it is not for everyone, but fashionistas like Sienna Miller don’t have doubt to wear it on the red carpet.
Wool hat (or cap): You can cover your ears or not. It looks good anyway. Many celebrities are using them.
