Simplicity is the key for designer Stefano Pilati, who now has an Oriental style as a homage to his teacher Yves. The Japanese culture was an inspiration for Saint Laurent, who had a fascination for the Japanese and Arab cultures. Definitely, the Pilati collection is based on one key concept: sobriety.
Transparencies, kimonos, clean cuts, sober colors and classic combinations are the features that Pilati presented in this collection, which seems very simple and sober but that it is absolutely exciting because Pilati combines solemnity, austerity and innovation.
Yeah, sometimes simple is better.
Suits with pants are always present, and this time they have higher waists with short jackets: the blazer is going to be minimal.
